It is not recommended to use freshly squeezed juices in their pure form for the drinking diet, since they are quite an aggressive environment for the stomach. Besides, freshly squeezed juices contain a lot of fructose and no fiber, which means they are quickly absorbed, easily increasing the blood sugar level, which can be unsafe for a person with excess weight.

In this respect, it is much better to drink smoothies – ground fruits in a blender, which, if desired, you can complement with low-fat milk or yogurt, or soy milk. At that, you can use any fruits, including bananas. Do not believe the myths that it prevents weight loss.

If you are a beginner, do not use juices for weight loss for more than 3 days in a row. And you do not need to suffer hunger. Better have a vegetable salad with lemon dressing. The secret of success lies in the regularity of the drinking diet, and not in its duration.

By the way, it is not worthwhile to intensively train in juicing days. Have a relaxing yoga session or stretching.

During the drinking day, you should “eat” every 2-3 hours. You also shouldn’t forget to drink water (30ml per kilogram of weight).
